I generally start with basic grooves and an introduction in to how ‘Drum Notation’ works whilst trying to find out exactly what the student wants to learn. This leads to more advanced exercises, click tracks with play-along CDs and opens the door to a range of musical styles referenced through a huge library of books and DVDs"
